The SentineX® Platform is an embedded software application that manages the acquisition, aggregation, reporting and communication of continuous monitoring data from a variety of monitoring systems and transducers. When integrated with hardware, the SentineX® Platform is a self-managed monitoring system capable of operating autonomously in remote environments, to deliver the information you need, when you need it.
How SentineX® operates:
- Data Acquisition: The SentineX® Platform enables the acquisition of data from attached monitoring modules. It is capable of integration with any transducer, transmitter or monitoring system with standard communication protocols.
- Analysis and Reporting: Knowledge based data analytics provides you with the opportunity to uncover the value that resides within your data. Through the data analytic knowledge hub Sentelligence, Novecom is able to provide detailed data analytics to assist with understanding the relationships and catalysts to event-based outcomes within your production processes. The SentineX® Platform provides advanced reporting functions – enabling you to readily review complex information in a concise format. The reporting function includes summary charts, PDF reports and comma separated variable (csv) files.
- Communication: SentineX® remote monitoring systems transmit their data to you, when and where you need it. The communication function schedules and delivers prepared data packages to you via email. It also transmits real time data to a dedicated repository (or any other ODBC-compliant database), allowing you to access live data from any web enabled device, anywhere in the world. You can interrogate the system directly via SMS or the command wizard in the web repository.
- Real-time Alerts: The SentineX® alarm engine allows monitoring data from various modules to be combined to construct complex alarm rules. Once configured to your needs, alarms will be triggered when anomalies in monitored parameters occur, enabling the proactive management of your operations. Alarms can be transmitted via SMS, email or voice message, or sent to the database repository for visual representation.
